What shipped, and when

Every change a shop would notice, dated by the day it went live. Everything here is in every plan.

  1. Work orders, invoices and lists, rebuilt for the bay and the counter

    • The work order page leads with its seven-step progress bar, from estimate to paid, with the next step named — on a phone as well as at the counter.
    • Invoices and purchase orders get their own status bars, and Home now opens on what needs doing first.
    • Every list exports to CSV, and on a phone the export and sort sit in the ⋯ menu.
    • Scan VIN opens the camera, and a vehicle’s page shows its owner and its full work order history.
    • A voided invoice reaches QuickBooks too, and every void and cancellation records who, when and why.
    • An inspection starts from a template and names the technician doing it.
    • Settings → Limits sets the largest discount and purchase order staff can give or approve on their own.
    • Labels can be set by hand on a work order, and service advisors see every technician’s name.
    • Two booking requests arriving at the same moment no longer get stuck.
    • Compare pages re-checked against Shopmonkey, Tekmetric and AutoLeap’s published pricing.
  2. Labour timer, canned jobs and a full data export

    • A labour timer on every job: start, stop and switch from a phone, with actual hours against booked hours on the technician report. It measures; it never bills.
    • Canned jobs: a service in the catalogue brings its parts onto the work order with it.
    • A full data export: one ZIP of every record as CSV, with a guide to every column, any time. An advisor can also export one customer’s data for an access request.
  3. Online booking and appointment reminders

    • Every shop gets a public booking page where customers request a time the shop actually has free.
    • Appointment reminders by email the day or two before, with a one-tap Confirm the advisor sees on the calendar.
  4. Customer approval by link, emailed documents and inspection photos

    • Customers approve or decline each job from a link on their phone — no app, no login.
    • Estimates and invoices go to the customer by email as PDFs.
    • Up to eight photos on every inspection point and condition-map mark, stored privately in Canada with location data stripped.

Run a real day through it before you decide.

Import your customers and vehicles, book a car in, run the inspection, invoice it — and judge it on your own numbers rather than a sales call.

14 days free. No card required. Cancel yourself, any time.
